Field Run Root: all root sizes from 3-4 year old field with intact branches (prongs)
Baby Root & Prong: Most economical variety of Field Run Root.
Long Uncut Finger: Narrow and long, nice for slicing and cooking.
Uncut Branchy: Unique shaped roots with angular branches.
